5) C 》P . We have created logos for each one and are displayed in our home. Our thought process is that if it visually seen and frequently spoken about them our kids will hopefully absorb it by osmosis (on top of the all intention conversations that we will be having with them).

Stop and process - raw and unedited
I noticed that my wife Teagen was not as over the moon as I was hoping she would be about installing shelves for her plants. I literally stopped what we were doing and hit record (she didn't know i did it haha) but she was sharing her honest thoughts and feelings about what was going on and why she wasn't so over the moon about the shelves. It turned out she was trying to process feelings about her plants in other arenas and that was not allowing her to enjoy the moment we were that normally would bring her joy.
