The Prizefighters Chattin' About Ska
On this absolute monster of an episode Mattie is joined by Courtney and Aaron of The Prizefighters. In a somewhat shocking change of pace we mostly talk about ska. What it was like during the so-called "Dark Ages", how the scene is doing today and above all else to be kind.
-
TALK THE SKA IS KILLING ME
Come join Mattie as they talk with Tara of Half Past Two about their new record, joining Bad TIme, tales of Hollywood, Disney magic and the best darn burger joint in Los Alamitos.

Joystick 2: Dwell
Oh, hey there Talkers. It's been a bit since we've done an episode, but we're back with a doozy. Kicking off our return to the podcast scene is a new interview with Duck and Bex of Joystick. It was an absolute honor to get to interview them about their new EP Dwell. But there's so much more we talk the ska, dogs, head injuries, philosophy, the Bad TIme Family and though we tried our darndest not to, BEANS.

Episode 149: This Is The May
Yes, this is the May! We said we were gonna do it and now we have. While we aren't the biggest fan of Star Wars we are a big fan of ska and there is a lot of ska based on it. This ended up being a bit more 90's focus than we intended it to be. Though that's where our head has been at lately, so can't say we're too surprised. Some come along and listen to some tunes by The Prizefighters, Greenhouse, Orange Tree, Eclectics, Skabba the Hut, Luke Skawalker, RedEyed Jedi, The Double Deckers, The Blackouts, Wreckinghorn, and Thumper.
