What We Wanna Say... BUT DON'T Denise

This episode is a little different but, I wanted to share my thoughts and feelings on some of the issues that have been going on our world. I know this year has been really tough for many of us and in this episode I talk about some of the ways in which I have overcome/am overcoming these battles. 

In this episode we talk about all things validations - can we rely on others to validate us? Do females need validation more then males?
