Review of Mescan Brewery Westporter Stout which can be found at Redmond's in Ranelagh. Located in Cloagh Patrick and run by two veterinarians this brewery has 4 beers so far in its range - a white, blond, stout, and a red tripel. The brewery was named after St. Patrick's friend Mescan, a local priest and his personal brewer.

Metalman Pale Ale now in a can as Metalman Brewing has installed the 1st canning line in Ireland. Seemed appropriate I review the 1st canned beer in Ireland! Metalman hails from Waterford and has a range of tasty brews.
