*Tobacco use and dependence is the single biggest avoidable risk factor for tobacco related disease and premature death
*It is never too late to quit and the benefits of quitting begin as soon as 20 minutes after quitting
*Help is also available outside of Florida by calling the National Quitline at 1-800-QUIT-NOW
