This is a segment I’m adding to share my journey and experiences with motherhood...the good, bad, and ugly. There’s a lot of us that carry a baggage full of mom guilt daily and moms that don’t feel adequately prepared and not to mention every mom in the world that feels like they’re doing it all wrong. It’s all ok and it’s ok to not be fine! It’s a daily struggle for me and millions more. If only I knew back then what I know now. Let’s get transparent!

I go over some of the reasons behind mom guilt and a few methods/suggestions to help us all start to cope with it. We’re ashamed of guilt, then we’re ashamed for not feeling guilty. Here I talk a little bit about what that viscous cycle is like and ways to try to overcome it. This is a subject I’ll probably be touching on again so it may possibly become a series.
