This is followed by a dissection of the reign of Bel-Korhadris who with the creation of both the White Tower and the Great Hunt shaped the culture and society of Ulthuan, perhaps more than any other king, into what it is today. We define their relationship to the winds of magic and what makes their mages so powerful. We look at the reign of the artist king Aethis who beautified Ulthuan to an extreme degree and neglected all else allowing the Cults of excess to resurge.
