Amber Shana Williams is an actress who portrays Tamar (a friend we should all have 😉) on 'The Chosen'. 

Since she travels back and forth between the US 🇺🇸 and Spain 🇪🇸 for her career, it was fun to have a chat with her to gain more insight into what that is like.

Not only do Matthias 🇩🇪  and Julia 🇨🇳  have a multicultural relationship but they had to also navigate a Long Distance Relationship in order for their love to work.

Julia (from China) and Matthias (from Germany) met as international students at Gordon Cornell University. They met face to face for a short time and then decided to embark on a long distance relationship. Not only is their story beautiful but they had to be very intentional with relating to each other as well as planning for the future in order to make their long distance relationship work 💕. They have also travelled a lot with each other to three continents when they have been able to. So, I guess it's safe to say that they are a travelling couple ✈️ 💓.

Shermaine has been living in Canada for over a year now. She moved for love 💕. So to be with her husband and they are now building their lives together. In this video, Shermaine talks about her mental health experience abroad and gives us tips on how to take care of your mental health abroad.    

Travelling abroad is no joke and it can make a big impact on your mental health if you're not careful. As a result, we believe it is best to be as aware of yourself and what you're going through as much as possible. Everyone's living abroad experience will be different so we wanted to share a foundation as well as suggestions based on our experience.
