Sunday 9th June - The Persecuted Church - Ron Cross
If you had your freedom to gather at church taken away from you, what would it be like when it was given back? Would you be more radical in your pursuit of Jesus Christ?
This Sunday Ron spoke from Philippians chapter 1 about how we can partner with God to share he good news even when we feel weak. With stories about what it's really like for persecuted Christians around the world this is a powerful reminder of how amazing it is that we have the freedom to worship God without fear and that what we do with that freedom is so important. -
Sunday 19th May - The Quiet Life - Wayne Massey
Our reading this week was 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12. Wayne spoke about pursuing pleasing God, pursuing sexual purity and pursuing humility with our identity established in Jesus.

Sunday 12th May - Life is Hard - Denise Ko Genovese
This Sunday our reading was from 1 Thessalonians 3:6-13. Denise talked about the battles and blessings that come when we say yes to Jesus, telling stories of her own transformative experiences of sharing her faith with her family and challenging us that God is often doing so much more than we can immediately see.

Sunday 5th May - Counter Cultural Family - Paul Sankey
This Sunday Paul spoke from 1 Thessalonians 2:17 - 3:5 about living counter culturally. Through historical context from the early Thessalonian church and stories from his time in Burundi during the Rwandan genocide, we see just what community meant for the church then and why we still need it now.

Sunday 28th April - Living the Life - Wayne Massey
Who do you live to please? This Sunday Wayne talked about how we can live a life that communicates the real faith that we looked at a couple of weeks ago. The reading was from 1 Thessalonians 2: 1-16.
