Jamie Muskopf, D.S.W. (she/her/'o ia) enjoys a career in knowledge and information strategy that often traverses less conventional paths. Dr. Muskopf has more than 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience in the fields of technology and knowledge strategy and is currently the Director of Technical Assistance, Learning, and Knowledge Management at Lux Consulting Group. In 2020 she earned a Doctor of Social Work, studying Social Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation and holds Master of Science degrees in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University and Information Systems from Hawai’i Pacific University. She enthusiastically brings the Science of Social Work into how she teaches and applies the principles of knowledge strategy and has worked with organizations like Nike, Microsoft, the USDA, the United States Navy, and Department of Defense.







Dr. Muskopf is proud to be Native Hawaiian and an active-duty Navy submarine officer’s spouse and serves as a subject matter expert for The Rosie Network's Service to CEO program for military spouses and veterans. She is President of the Board of Directors for Ho’ola Veteran Services (Ho’ola Farms) and She is trained in Building Resilience through Trauma-Informed Practices in Higher Education, is certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid in the US and is an ETS Sponsor trained to assist individuals transitioning out of military service. Dr. Muskopf is a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method which she uses to help students and clients share tacit knowledge in 3D.

My background is financial yet eclectic: I spent 25 years in the City as Senior Manager at Saudi International Bank and as a Vice President at Zurich Reinsurance. I was an early pioneer of intranets in the mid 90's, one of the first 'knowledge managers'​ in the city of London







In 1998 I embarked on a portfolio career that encompassed, consultancy, coaching and pro bono charitable work.







During that time, I have been Strategy & Business Advisor to the CEO of a dotcom software organization (Sopheon PLC) for 3 years, Information & Knowledge Advisor to the CEO of a leading reinsurance broker (BMS Group) for 7 years and Managing Partner of a successful consulting organization, Sparknow LLP from 2008-2012. In 2014 I was a founding Trustee of PlanZheroes a UK Charity.







In 2017 I was invited to become Knowledge & Information Management Ambassador for The Chartered Institute of Libraries & Information Professionals (CILIP) a Charitable organization to help further the global cause of the KM profession through the development of a Chartership Accreditation Programme. From January 2020 I was appointed President Elect.







I’ve worked for clients in the energy, industrial, government, development and transport sectors leading assignments in Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe and Middle East.







Diplomacy intrigues me. I am a member of the Royal Institute for International Affairs (Chatham House) and of the Institute of Directors.







I am an author, I run Masterclasses and speak at international events on information and knowledge management. A member of the British Standards Institute KM Standards Committee (KMS/1), I was also a visiting lecturer on Brighton University's MBA on Knowledge & Innovation.







I’ve been the Chairman of a golf club and the Manager of a football club both of which taught me the need for effective stakeholder engagement at a young age.

Paul Corney

Apryl serves as the Chief of Events for Pioneer Knowledge Services and is a highly organized and results driven problem solver with extensive Knowledge Management, Quality and Compliance Management experience in multiple regulated industries.







She is dedicated to the discovery and creation of knowledge, building highly skilled people in the organization, and maintenance of knowledge resources. Practiced in design, development, & deployment of computerized systems to aid in processes and improve efficiency. Passionate in the art of training and knowledge retention. Strong operations professional with a knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing, and supply chain. Bachelor of Science focused in Biology from Westminster College. Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Kent State University.

Maggie Starkey is an accomplished Knowledge Management Specialist with 10+ years of distinguished performance in multiple roles in the manufacturing industry. She is an innovator who seeks out opportunities for improvements and implements new ideas to make a positive difference for her colleagues at Kraton Corporation. In 2020, she found her passion for knowledge management after seeing the vast amount of knowledge being lost at Kraton and became the key player in the creation and implementation of the Knowledge Management program. She holds an associate degree in business management and a BS in Public Relations and Marketing and a MS in Knowledge Management. Among her vast knowledge from experience and higher education, she regularly attends conferences and trainings to continually be a great leader, expert in knowledge management and other key areas that tie directly to KM.







She is a change agent for Kraton, continually developing and implementing new tools and mechanisms to improve work processes and share knowledge across the R&D organization she represents at Kraton. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, playing with her dog, Bella, and cooking.
