Michael Fang: 0 to 100 Miles in 16 Months

Michael Fang: 0 to 100 Miles in 16 Months

I talk about the wild ride to my first 100 miler and finding the work that I love doing.

On this episode, we have a different format where I am the subject of the show. I talk about starting graduate school, discovering long distance running, and how that eventually led me to run the San Diego 100 and the Angeles Crest 100 in the summer of 2017. I share my perspective of how life has changed and how I view the concepts of work life balance and dealing with failure.
