Today I woke up feeling all kinds of ways and I had to sit myself down and reflect and realize what exactly is happening to me. I did what I know how to do best and that’s record and express everything that was going through my mind heart and soul.

My girls and I had an interesting weekend that had us stunned about certain people’s behaviors.. This episode was randomly recorded but there’s so many important topics that were discussed,PS don’t mind the random side convos and my voice I lost it over the weekend 😅

I had to take a moment to just reflect on how I’ve been dealing or trying to deal with everything that has happened.. This episode is about my “very slow” lol healing process and just a reminder that healing takes time and should never be rushed and eventually I will get there and so will you 😊

Finally addressing an important question as to why I continued to STAY in a relationship that was clearly not good for either of us.. Well Here’s to the good in it all
