With an inspiring smile Mattia Schaper, founder of SDRs Germany. Talking about  creating solutions and how she found a gap in the German market, we are glad to have her join us here today.

The German born Mattia studied International Business at the Regent’s University in London. During her studies she moved to China where she spent a year at the University of Beijing. Acquiring an internship at Shanghai pharmaceuticals as sales business development.

Following her education, she started her first job at Adverity as an SDR eventually getting promoted to a senior position. In 2021, she moved on to sales loft and at a young age was SDR for the Dach region. Finding guidance and help she found none so she decided to create her own community, SDRs of Germany. Now at 850 members, Mattia has created a stable and growing community with many more things to come.

In this episode Mattia explains how her community grew so quickly in such little time, the importance of engagement, creating communities by solving problems and the need of constant feedback.
