Felix Wittmann - Embodied Mysticism: Bridging the World of Somatics and Modern Day Science with Grounded Spirituality and God

"There's a part of me that cannot be satiated by this worldly experience."

Grand rising, soul and podcast family! I'm excited to share yet another LIVE podcast episode with you - freshly out of the oven, taped and recorded in my beautiful new home in Bavaria. I sat down with my good friend and fellow seeker, Felix Wittmann. Felix is currently birthing his business as a somatic-spiritual coach, assisting people in coming into deeper embodiment of their true selves through nervous system work, trauma integration, and restoring relationship with God. His approach is founded on a synergy of trauma-informed somatic principles and a more intuitive and mystical approach. In his 1:1 coaching sessions, he creates safe and sacred spaces for people to explore, experience, and integrate their full spectrum human experience. I am deeply inspired by Felix's commitment and devotion to God and how he seeks to understand. I'm infinitely grateful for the connection with him, and to me personally, this is a testament to the work here on the podcast. Show yourselves, people! Unapologetically. That's the only way the world can respond to you on eye-level, meeting you where you're at, and providing you with people, places, and circumstances that are aligned for you. I love you.

👉 We explored a broad variety of topics such as:
    - The crossroads between science/somatics and spirituality
    - What we need to know about our nervous system and how it affects our inner world
    - Practices and tecniques to regulating ourselves
    - Circling with men and what this work has introduced into Felix' life
    - Developing a relationship to God
    - A deep dive into Felix' work and philosophy
    - How do we pray?
    - Why boundaries are quintessential to human flourishing

Grand rising, soul family. Today, I bring you a beautiful little episode with ThaiHa Sloan. ThaiHa works as a somatic healing mentor, breathwork facilitator, and relationship coach, and recently gained prominence on the internet with her content around conscious communication and self-regulated behavior in relationships. It turns out, ThaiHa struggled with severe eating disorders and body dysmorphia that led her onto the path of healing and recovery. I'm immensely grateful for the opportunity to speak with ThaiHa, not only about the things that she's teaching but also about her personal learnings and struggles. I found it beautiful to find a fellow spiritual seeker within ThaiHa, someone who investigates the human experience from a very curious, sincere, and deep place. That being said, enjoy this conversation between two souls who have come together with open hearts to share what's alive in this very moment. I'm honored to serve you in this way with these conversations.

Hey everyone, and welcome to another episode of the podcast where we explore the human experience through conscious conversations! Yes, you read that correctly – we've got a new intro, everybody! Writing all of this, it still seems very surreal. But I did it, and here it is. I was stunned and amazed by the incredible conscious community at Yale, the profound questions I was asked, and simply the opportunity to share space and time with such highly ambitious and intelligent souls.

    - Biggest learnings and takeaway from 50 episodes and conversations
    - My take on physician burnout and its treatment
