Arjun Vaidya is a sixth-generation Vaidya who has inherited the family's 100 India FDA-approved medical formulations and 50 trademarks, accumulated over 150 years. After graduating from Brown University and working at LVMH's private equity arm, Vaidya decided to start an Ayurvedic healthcare company that would combine the family's traditions with cool branding, easy-to-use products, and online retail channels. The company also offers free Ayurvedic doctor consultations to all customers. In the past year, Vaidya brought to market 38 new products. He was awarded Forbes Asia 30U30 and BusinessWorld 40U40 as well. He is now a podcast host of Direct to a billion consumers where he shares his experiences as a D2C founder!
