By setting up the rhythm and system, we are able to build our project a lot larger and faster as every activity works in unison with other tasks we carry out.
After all, it is the system that is the beauty of Lego. The constraints and the structure of the bricks ensure unlimited choice and expression when using them.
In the same way, by creating a rhythm, setting the tasks and time limits I must operate within, I have the freedom to work on Legopreneur.

Life is a buffet. There is so much to choose from, but limited time. How do you decide what projects to take on and to leave?
Do you believe in singular focus, or filling your plate with more variety?

I would suggest once every 2 months an exercise should be done with multiple levels within the organisation to explore each and every segment of the business model canvas, and ask,
a.     What players is it currently filled up with.
b.     If we had to replace all of these with 2x the number of players we currently have, who will they be.
c.     Go talk to those potential new players.

What offering can you give to your stakeholders that will be bigger, better, and different than what they expected?
Do you feel they will appreciate it, and will take your relationship with them to the next level?

I had this idea of exploring what lessons on entrepreneurship we can learn when playing Lego with my kids. Wow! Another great idea, bravo! 
But honestly, so what? I thought about telling my wife and friends about it, and seeing what feedback they would have on what we were doing.

Lego and Life are most exciting when there are no instructions or manuals, But to excel, begin with the end in mind.

How do you know what you have if you don’t know you have it? Ofcouse we need to put everything on the floor, not only that, we need to arrange it all, so that we know where it is, and where it can be found.

I am a firm believer that we must be smart enough to make it simple enough.
