Louisa's company, I Love My Job, is now a top 10 recruitment UK B-Corp in the UK, and she has co-founded another company, HappyHQ, to help guide more people-first cultures.



    With both companies, she has a holistic view of what people need from their place of work (including transparency) as well as what companies need to do to help people love their jobs, and feel valued and heard. She's a force to be reckoned with, and we're thrilled to share her story.
