Newark Valley News Weekend Update is a local news netcast for students and staff of Newark Valley High School in Newark Valley, New York. Weekend Update is written, edited and produced by the senior Journalism class taught by Mr. Stratton. Through this show, students use audio software (Audacity) and hardware to demonstrate their news writing abilities, all the while helping to inform and entertain the student body with local and national news stories.
