Klantrecensies
Supremely interesting science news
Having been a science fan since childhood, but having grown away for a while after university, coming upon this podcast via Ars Technica after starting to listen to a Belgian science oriented podcast was a real discovery. Rob picks all kinds of different subjects from dark matter to dna sequencing to quantum computing and many others for deep dives that are still very comprehensible to anyone who is not part of the research field itself.
Great but not made for me?
I love the idea of the show. I love the host. I love the guests. I love the topics, but I don’t get! Social Sciences graduate over here! You need to break it down a bit more. I started with episode 34, and right away I’m not sure about the significance of mutations not landing on genes. I though all DNA was in our genes. Maybe school was a little long ago :), or I might not be your target audience. You’re starting a new season, and I’ll see if I catch on.
