This week we sit down with a knife dealer! Derek Coote owner of We BE Knives located on the pier in San Francisco, we go over selling knives and the local spots on the pier that have come and gone over the tenure of his shop.

Our heroes all traveled from the comfort of their shops and homes to attend the all mighty New York Custom Knife Show held annually by Fifty Fifty Productions, road tripping is always fun and the checkpoints make the journey worthwhile!
