This week the boys are taking a mid-season break because instead of making silly podcasts, they have been training hard for the David Goggin’s 4x4x48 running challenge. This short episode is about why they are pushing their bodies to the extreme and how, in typically ridiculous style, they have trained for the gruelling ultramarathon.

Matt and Will have often argued about whether they did crash the van into the car in front whilst waiting to board a ferry in Croatia, and in this episode, they try and settle the debate once and for all.
