    How To Evolve To The Next Best Version Of Yourself.

    We will never arrive.

    There will always be something to work on, problems to solve, growth endure and progress to make.

    Today we are talking about how to evolve to the next best version of ourselves.

    Some of us are waiting to become the next best version of ourselves.

    We are waiting for the right answer to come along, the right program, the right coach or counselor, the right finances, the right something to be our ticket to the next best version of us, a ticket to having it all figured out, a streamlined plan.

    But most change comes piece by piece, action by action, and through our small wins. 

    Change usually does not come from earth shattering light bulbs and quick fix answers. 

    We can evolve through common things, like drinking more water, taking three deep breaths before we respond to something irritating,  getting up 30 minutes earlier, getting up 10 minutes earlier, scheduling something we love in our calendar so it doesn’t get forgotten or looked over in our day.

    But many of us stay suck looking for the one big answer, that one big thing that will make us who we ultimately want to be.

    Taking action from the truth that there will always be something to work on and we will never arrive, can same us time, energy and frustration. 

    The key is to learn from our mistakes, our choices, our circumstances,  and our personalities.

    Getting to know ourselves reveals what makes us happy, what brings us joy, what works, what doesn't. 

    Knowing ourselves helps us act from our priorities, our values, and what is really important to us. 

    For real change we must be willing to try and fail and then try again tomorrow.

    How to be independently happy. Seek not the approval of others.

    Being independently happy is where we take responsibility for our own well-being regardless of our current circumstances.

    One way we our happiness stay dependent on other is the need and want of the approval of others. 

    When we want the approval of others we give away all of our power to love ourselves. 

    We give all our power away to mom, sister, dad, but is even more fascinating is when we give our power away to neighbors, strangers or people we don’t even have a desire to have in our lives. 

    Why?  Why do we care?  Why do we do it?

    Some of it is because we are human, naturally most of us want to be like, approved of,  and part of the group. And the other part of it comes from  I not loving our own self and hoping others will do it for us. And when they don’t, we feel terrible.

    How can we train our brain so see life working FOR us and not AGAINST us?  

    #1 rule, we are not allowed to tell ourselves we don't know.

    Having self-compassion is a  non-judgmental awareness of ourself in distress, such has having a difficult time, experiencing failure or suffering in some way.

    Being aware and accepting (doesn’t mean you have to like it,)  that being imperfect, failing, and experiencing life difficulties is inevitable.

    Loving yourself unconditionally takes being willing to accept yourself more fully despite what you may deem as flaws and failures. 

    Of course we have flaws, failures, and feel negative emotions sometimes.

    Of course our brain offers us negative thoughts, this is all part of the plan, this is a part of  the shared human experience.
