Devoted to individuals over 50 years of age, the National Senior Games, also known as the Senior Olympics, is a multi-event sports competition for senior citizens held every 2 years in the United States.

Ms. Kennedy discusses the history behind the Senior Olympics, her involvement with the games, and how the games can motivate older adults to learn more about healthy aging.
