I had to go a tad over 10 minutes to get all of my thoughts out on planning ahead to the next stage even while you're in a current stage.

Literally crying at the gym today.... (cue Taylor's new song, "Down Bad")
I got a message from a mom that got me thinking I needed to share my thoughts, and it just so happens that inspiration hit me as I was crying, walking away from the gym 10 minutes after I got there. 
Tips: What I do when I can't deal.... you might be suprised!
I recorded this with my airpods in and now I know not to do that anymore... a bit of an echo.

Just minutes after I recorded the last episode, I got a call from my son that I shared the story about him. I told him about what I have planned in the next few months, and discussed the importance of sharing stories, and he said, "What does sharing your story have to do with parenting?"
I answer that question in this episode more in depth, it's a great question!
Sharing challenging stories, and especially about your kids is not easy, and that's why I've done this in a safe environement in Team Trusted, our private community, and an aspect that I'm excited about in the Transform Retreat (some will be anonymous) for those that feel safe to share.
