A discussion that continues to discuss how we can keep good teachers and why good teachers are leaving education. I discuss the challenges of teacher attrition and the costs of attrition.

I am discussing an article by Linda Darling-Hammond May 2003 called “Keeping Good Teachers: Why it matters, what leaders can do”. I only introduce it and introduce my personal experience at the start of my teaching career.

In this episode, I wanted to focus on a textbook that I enjoyed during my master's program. I went over my notes and my thoughts of the chapter and I hope it helps give a better understanding to language learning and how the instruction process has improved and morphed over the years. Goals are on my mind as 2020 leaves and 2021 enters. I have done a little research and shared some insights into 9 dimensions or categories of wellness and share my personal goals as well.
