Did you know?
Thanksgiving is currently tied with Christmas for the most family-oriented holiday. An article written in 2017, indicates that there are approximately 46.9 million people that travel during these two holidays alone, now just think of the money that is being spent for them to do so as well as the money that the ones that aren't traveling typically will spend just to partake in the festivities. Some of them will even be spending money that they may not even have because according to society this is the "American Way," which is exactly why I decided to discontinue celebrating any of the holidays. But in this episode, I break down why it is still important to give thanks not just today but every day that we are given here.
