The year was 1946 when a masked killer went on a killing rampage. The man killed younger couples (for the most part). Phantom only came out at night and had done most of his work at lover's lanes. He received the nickname the phantom killer when the people of Texarkana realized they would never catch him. Three out of the eight victims survived his cruel actions. It took two of his attacks for police to realize that they were dealing with a serial killer. To this day, the phantom has not been identified.
