In this episode of Wineucation Kale and Gabriela talk about the importance of the Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the completion of construction of Jenny Dawn Cellars, as well as provide an update on the opening winery. They also discuss beginning the fermentation process, developing your tasting palate, as well as go through some general guidelines of the ideal serving temperatures of wine.

Episode Eight
In this episode of Wineucation Jenny, Kale, and Gabriela talk about all of the events coming up in the month of November. Jenny Dawn Cellars is only two weeks away from being open to the public, and with that in mind there's a lot that still needs done before we can be up and running. Jenny explains all the licensing left to go through before we can become fully licensed within the State of Kansas and all the different forms that are still needed. We also talk about the three events that will take place in the month of November that encompass the grand opening.
