Hello guys I love the podcast and the whole idea around it. The majority of my jobs so far were in the service industry and the most recent one at a call center where I worked as customer support for a big travel company. I’m so happy that I stumbled upon your podcast where you read reviews from different businesses. Working in that industry I thought I have seen it all but it turns out it was just the tip of the iceberg and thanks to your podcast I can enjoy and laugh at the one star reviews that you guys find.
