A while back, I started doing walks at the trail to help deal with depression and stressful issues that were causing problems for me. When my friends started doing the same, I noticed we would have some good conversations about videogames, food, movies, stress and the obstacles along the way to experiencing the success while our loved ones are still here to share it with us.
While every podcast won't take place while I'm out walking, I do hope to provide something of interest for you all to follow/subscribe to (and hopefully take part in soon)!

Can we normalize honest communication?
My apologies for not putting out any new episodes, but I've got something for y'all to chime in on today.
Why can't we just talk to each other? Why can't we listen and acknowledge when we've hurt someone? Why can't we just do the things we need to do on order to help each other? I don't have the answers, but I really wanted to share what was going on with me in order to hopefully help others.
