Are we really seeing, loving, accepting and being ourselves fully? Or are we just checking boxes? Since little, we’ve been taught that being loved means being validated, accepted by our parents, society. We’re taught that by following certain collective norms, we will* then obtain* the life that will* then makes us happy, with the happy house, the happy relationship, etc... But is true happiness really obtained by the summation of these external things? Let’s talk a bit about this and how Self Awareness and true happiness comes from true Self Acceptance...
