Let's cut through the bullshit. For the last 15 years, I've stood on the front lines with women and what society calls troubled teens, not just as a makeup artist and a youth leader, but as a relentless advocate for their potential and worth. I've heard stories of unimaginable struggle and witnessed resilience that defies belief. I’ve been there, in the depths of my own battles, and clawed my way out. I've reached out to others, pulling them from the brink, helping them rise above the darkness.

I have stared down the demons of mental health issues like depression and anxiety, and walked away from the suffocating grip of drug and alcohol addiction. I’ve shattered the chains of an eating disorder and risen above a sea of negative self-image and self-hate. I've endured and conquered mental, emotional, and spiritual abuse. I am living proof that no matter how deep the pit, you can climb out.

I have faced obstacles that would make many people retreat in silence. I’m here to lay it all bare and tell you unequivocally: you are not defined by your past, your mistakes, or your failures. You are not defined by your diagnosis, your naysayers, or the opinions of others.

I am here to be your online bestie, mentor, coach, and, if you need it, your MOM. My greatest passion and purpose in life is to encourage, inspire, and affirm others. I am here to share the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained, to empower you, and to arm you with the tools to break free from mediocrity to create a life you are proud of. Because, damnit, YOU ARE WORTHY!
