Episode 11: This is your sign to get out of that toxic relationship ft. Chels

Episode 11: This is your sign to get out of that toxic relationship ft. Chels

In this week's episode, Emma has a returning guest- Chelsea. While the pair focuses on what 2020 has taught them, they get into the idea of reflecting on how much they have learnt within their 20's. A toxic relationship can be very hard to identify but the two give advice and share personal stories that have helped them learn. “I love coming on the podcast and being able to share my perspective or experiences with people who can relate. I think that the friendships and relationships we maintain are some of the most important factors when it comes to our physical/mental health, mindset, and success. Whether it is your partner, friends, or family you need to ensure that a person is bringing positivity into your life and encouraging you to grow as an individual. Even though it may be hard to distance yourself from or end communication with someone who is “toxic”, there’s definitely an endless amount of opportunities for happiness and growth when you don’t have negativity in your everyday life... and everything happens for a reason!!! With that being said I hope everyone can put themselves first this year, and 2021 is the year where you achieve all of your goals :)" -Chels
