This podcast will be comparing and contrasting the works of various animation studios to find what does (and doesn’t) work. Each episode's content will be about a specific studio, focusing on examples of successful animation (e.g. Disney’s “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves”) and casually exploring why an one aspect works over another. This is a casual podcast, as such, it will follow a talking point format and be very loose in style and format. However, each episode will focus on three main talking points; what makes an animation work and why, the cultural impact said animation has had, and the impact it has had on the animation industry as a whole.
