We really aren't that sporty but this subject was actually kind of fun to discuss. We talk a bit about the "origins" of sports and some minor history of the Olympics. What constitutes a sport? Also, the difference between performing arts and sports is discussed in detail because we have some pretty strong opinions on the subject. We also clearly have no idea about European sports but we try. Finally, are bodybuilding and pole dancing real sports?

Well, it's been a lot longer than we had originally anticipated, but we're finally back! Our first episode back, we're talking hypotheticals but then that gets boring so we move onto what it's like to work together. Finally, as always we close with some random thoughts and funny topics. And, you guessed it! Some major The Office quoting action as Josh is finally watching the series. Thanks for tuning in!

Our new schedule will be every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month. With our businesses taking off and other responsibilities, we weren't able to upload every Thursday but we'll continue to be as regular as possible, providing you with some funny conversations to get your through the day.

That means that we are taking time to enjoy our last month here in our home and with our friends before officially moving to Florida. Thank you so much for your patience and support! We all hope that every mother out there has a wonderful and blessed day to celebrate the joy of motherhood! We are especially proud of our Mom for everything she has taught us and provided for us throughout the years, including the opportunities to start our own businesses and become close, best friends through schooling us together our whole lives. Here's to all the mother's of the world!

Josh is officially in paradise and this week, we are checking on him! We had a few technical difficulties but finally got things to work for us so we apologize for the screwed up audio in parts. Julia threw a very loud stair-stomping tantrum and almost slipped down the hardwood stairs, Josh shares about how beautiful it is for pictures where he lives as well as his one-sentence summary of his first two weeks in Florida, and Adam shares a little tid bit about sulfur. We also go back to our favorite subject...coffee and Josh gives some great tips on how to make amazing cold brew.

For the record, we do not think our dog is crappy, he is super sweet! But, he is getting old and a little stinky and very blind. Adam shares a funny/not-so-funny story about him in today's episode.

Finally, we announce our big news for those who haven't heard it yet. We're moving to Florida too! This is a secret we had been keeping since before Josh moved down there. Our hope is that we'll be back to a weekly release schedule here on Quad Shot once we're all settled together again.

Update on the woodpecker: Josh thinks the babies died :(

Today, we are talking about a topic that we are all very passionate about...superheroes! And, as every good superhero fan knows, there are two distinct universes. We'll be discussing all the DC shows, movies, heroes, and villains today plus, Amanda shares her poll results from Instagram and introduces today's sound effect, "bleh". Adam has very strong feeling toward Iris in The Flash (we apologize for offending any Iris fans out there), Amanda was the only one to finish Arrow, Legend of Tomorrow was coined Legends of Lameness by Adam, Julia points out that pretty much everyone in these shows gets resurrected at least once, Josh loves Lego Batman, and Amanda shares her love of Smallville. There are some *spoilers* so be aware! Listen to find out what the best part of Justice League was, some hilarious weaknesses, and our favorite heroes and villains. You will definitely want to listen to the end for some really hilarious heroes and villains. Enjoy!
