God’s Word however is true and we need the truth to reorient our lives to God’s reality and point us to His Son, Jesus Christ, for salvation.

In this message, Pastor Marco concludes the message series in the book of Haggai. As the people rebuild the temple, they face discouragement in realizing that the new temple pales in comparison to what once stood. Haggai reminds them that God is with them and that His glory will be greater in the present than it was in the former. God always grants us His peace in the place of unmet expectations.

In this message, Pastor Marco explores the reason why the Jewish people had stopped rebuilding the temple in Haggai. Ezra tells us that the people had become discouraged and afraid because of their surrounding adversaries. Haggai reminds them that God is with them. Sometimes we too must be a Haggai in someone’s life. We are to come alongside of them and encourage them to continue the work God has called them to.

In this message, Pastor Marco begins a new message series on the book of Haggai. Haggai challenges God’s people to align their priorities with God’s will and to not build their lives to the exclusion of their relationship with Him. In the same way, if we’re not careful, we can busy ourselves with many things while excluding God in the process.
