Today in the guest chair a man I consider a force in Texas youth football. His name is Kennth Mann and he is a youth football coach and has been coaching for sometime. He started his first team focusing on the fundamentals for each position and knew from there the coaches would come. Giving himself time to get acclimated to Texas youth football he experienced frustration with raising money and the predatory aspect of travel organizations. Kenneth decided to fight back through the launch of a "new day" at Pac Prime . Pac Prime is a football organization that focuses on the development of a craft in youth football. The organization offers development in football which will translate to life skills needed for the players.

In this episode, baseball instructor and pitching expert Demetrius Mitchell joins us in the guest chair. Demetrius is the founder of the fast-growing pitching destination DM Pitching. As a Jackson St University grad with playing experience and an offer from Major League teams, he started out as a coach and scout. He didn’t go into it with the intention of building a business or making money from it. Fast forward eight years and he’s been recognized everywhere from over 60 various baseball websites, and is known for curating platforms for youth with an emphasis on self-improvement. Twin City Outlaws specializes in bringing awareness to Columbus GA/Phenix City AL including a travel team for football but also basketball. Coach Holmes followed the path well traveled for many years, before finally leaping into coaching.

Today’s guest is Samantha Combs, The Founder of Dynamic Daze Dance Team (3DT), located in Kilgore, Texas. Samantha and her daughter developed the dance team to pursue their passion for constructive outlets for the youth in their area. They started during the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. After participating in virtual competitions, they have quickly began to establish themselves in their community for youth looking to participate in dance. Now building on the experience they have begun to enter more live events in Texas and the surrounding areas.

How her daughter not having a dance outlet led to the creation of 3DT.
How she got the courage to step into an unknown arena and research trends to establish her team.
