Xenorama, the Podcast of Heroes and Monsters Agent RX-7

In which X7 makes the case for the how great Aquaman was to a kid in the mid-70s. And he is right about that! Filmation made 36 episodes about the King of the Sea and they thrilled kids for about ten years, until newer, sometimes lamer, cartoons edged the superheroes off television. Thankfully DVD has brought him and many others back to us!

In which X7 talks about seven of his favorite movies and shows about dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals. There are also a wide variety of monsters and other creatures in here as well! We did leave out the dinosauroid creatures such as Godzilla, the Rhedosaurus, and Rodan. As cool as they are, they are not real dinosaurs. We will keep celebrating the bicentennial of dinosaurs all year!

In which an on assignment X7 reviews seven great and random musical numbers. He is currently investigating a mysterious cool down in an undisclosed location. Even distracted he manages to make some fun points about the songs and artists. Now, back to the current assignment!

In which X7 talks about the greatest western show of all time, The Lone Ranger! We get an overview of the characters and the creator, and then the television series. The other versions are mentioned, as well as the two newer movies. Stick with this one and the cartoon shows. We can tell X7 is not a horseperson, since he doesn't even mention Silver or Scout. We will make up for that in the poll!

In which X7 reviews the 1995 auto-biography I Am Spock, by the late, great Leonard Nimoy. It is a wonderful book and we highly recommend it. Mr. Nimoy covers his career and life, at least up until 1995. We wish he had written a volume II, though we can understand why he probably didn't. There is a Spcokumentary about him, called For the Love of Spock. We thought that was just a Big Bang Theory gag! All apologies to Devo for the title (ok, and maybe Dr. Moreau)!

In which X7 goes swimming with the most famous dolphin in the world (sorry, Splasher), Flipper! The character has been in three movies and two television shows. However, we mostly talk about the first two movies and the 1964 television series. Everyone loves dolphins, so we are not surprised at the popularity of this show. It has now been about 30 years since Flipper has graced us with his presence on the screen, so he is due.
