Consumers, have you ever received a similar email where they claim they have video of you doing something inappropriate and will share it with all of your friends and family unless you also pay in bitcoin?

If you have, rest assured that there is nothing to worry about and they are all empty threats. These so-called "hackers" are full of hot air and are scammers trying to steal your money! Don't give them the time of day!
