I am proud to have Monica Rogers-Fletcher as my guest on the second episode of my podcast. She has been a fantastic mentor and a friend to me personally, and I couldn't imagine a better person to narrate our topic on this episode: "How to lose the job and discover your true passion."

Monica is married with one son and coaches and supports married couples as part of my involvement with the Marriage Encounter movement to promote successful marriages. She's also an entertainer; the Vice President, keyboardist and vocalist with a successful parang band and has mentored University of the West Indies students under the Alumni program. She is also a Toastmaster, yet She still manages to schedule a time for my son's swimming career as a swim club executive.

Monica holds a First Degree from the University of the West Indies and certificates in several personal development courses.   In development banking, She served on the Management and Executive Management Team for twenty years.  Monica continues to enhance her skills, and She is currently part of a mastermind of top international entrepreneurs doing advanced thinking on the psychology of success and cutting-edge marketing strategies. She's a graduate of world-class coach Christian Simpson's Science of Success - Entrepreneurial Mastery and Advanced Marketing programs, among the most powerful programs in the world for developing consciousness in entrepreneurs and their ability to market their trade.
