I’m honored to bring you this interview with Sara Scott. Sara is a thought leader in the area of Diversity and Inclusion. She began her career representing foster children at The Children’s Law Center in Washington DC, where she witnessed the foster care system’s disproportionate negative impact on the black community. Sara was one of the founding board members of Lawyer’s for Equal Justice. She earned a degree in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity from Stanford University, where she also won the Community Building Award. Her passion, enthusiasm and drive led her to become the chief executive officer at the Center for Legal Inclusiveness.
