back at it again with another experiment, as i have mentioned before guys i am not much of a breakfast morning , being a chef, usually breakfast or eating in general is a luxury sometimes, so i decided to benefit while i start my new job, and reintroduce breakfast again to my body, and see how it makes a difference, and as i always say listen to your body and recently i've just started waking up hungry, so decided to roll with it.
