When they moved to the East Coast, they realized San Francisco Mission-style burritos were tough to find. Enter the first Dos Toros location in New York City’s Union Square in 2009. We met her right after her next magnum opus, “God in A Cup,” put the specialty coffee industry on the map. Now she has written an hommage to love, marriage and Latvian rye bread. It’s the “Rye Bread Marriage” and you’ll hear more about it.
