Prime Video has shared a teaser clip from the highly-anticipated Invincible Season 2 finale, featuring Steven Yeun’s titular hero facing off against Sterling K. Brown’s Angstrom Levy. This comes ahead of the eighth and final episode’s premiere this Thursday, April 4.
The penultimate episode of Invincible Season 2 ended in a cliffhanger with a heartbroken Mark Grayson getting a surprise call from Angstrom Levy, who has taken his mother Debbie and baby brother Oliver hostage at their house. The latest video teases the continuation of the said cliffhanger, as a very angry Invincible arrives to save his family. Already feeling vulnerable from his break-up with Amber, the clip also highlights Mark’s intense emotions about his current situation, as he gets fed up with villains constantly trying to hurt the people he loves. The video ends with a voiceover of Mark apologizing, which seemingly hints that he might do something he’ll regret during his fight against the multiversal villain.
