Monday mediation VisionNeed

This mediation process has music, background noise, and a peice of a Reiki breathing technique that I use. The aim is for you to learn to center outside of the ideal setting. I don't know about you, but as a mom, aunt, daughter and sister my house is not quite and sometimes it is hard to find a spot to mediate. I hope that this helps and enjoy 😉
