Currently the vice-president of the WPA and the Operations Manager for JAKA coaching, AJ has long been an advocate for women in the poker world and works with many groups to make the poker table a friendlier, more welcoming place for all.

This week Rob Washam and the RecPoker RECing Crew interviewed Lexy Gavin-Mather and discussed her pivotal role in poker, her poker training site, and her new book, "Mastering Small Stakes No-Limit Tournaments," detailing her writing journey. The conversation then delved into her study methods, such as group study and private coaching, emphasizing opponent exploits and adapting strategies for different player types. Lexy highlighted the benefits of private coaching and her plans for a women's course to empower female players in poker rooms.
