This is the first interview for the podcast, I drove hector from Terrace to the Nass Valley, during that drive we had a great conversation and I just knew I had to do a interview with him for the podcast. 

We talk about Foster homes, Growing up in tough situations(dealing with Childhood Trauma), overcoming barriers (Addictions) by connecting with culture, Also a little about Generational Trauma, Effects of Residential school.
