The recreational use of cannabis became legal in New Mexico on June 29, 2021, after the State passed House Bill 2 (H.B. 2), the Cannabis Regulation Act.
In this episode, we will explore the impact of the legalization in the Las Cruces community and the public input opportunities that the City of Las Cruces will offer before implementing regulations on the zoning and hours of operation of the new recreational cannabis industry.
PARTICIPATE
Residents have until August 15 to participate in a survey on cannabis in Las Cruces. The survey, is available in English and Spanish.
