Welcome to Season 2 of The WIRE Podcast. During COVID, we were forced to slow down tremendously due to the State of New York being put on pause. When the governor reinstated real estate transactions we did not foresee the market taking off the way it did. In this episode, we are discussing our new norm within the current climate of the real estate market in the Queens and Long Island areas. Besides wearing a mask and other protective gears, buyers are trying to keep up with the rising home prices and increase demand.
