Finding a path in life is an ongoing journey throughout one’s life--but yet we tell young adults that they need to answer that question immediately after they graduate high school. In today’s episode, we discuss the emphasis our culture has on work, The American Dream, gap years, and more.

Everyone needs a support system—friends being the most important. But what happens when a friendship becomes less supportive and more of a contest? Today we talk about competitive friendships; why they happen and what to do when you find yourself in one.
